Subtle with some wet stones, minty herbs, a shy hint of orchard apple. A whiff of mushrooms undergrowth. Quite cool and with nice energy.
Nice mouthfeel with juicy, vibrant acidity, a mineral, salty, energetic backbone and almost a hint of tannin.
Savoury, herby, juicy, fresh. Excellent with some appetizers, so food friendly.
Light be a bit austere for sipping alone, delicious nonetheless! — 3 years ago

Eye opening! Didn’t know Cohors wine could be this awesome. Bold yet elegant. BlackBerry, mint, fig. Very smooth transitions. Knocked my socks off — 5 years ago

Great burgundy (Chardonnay). A hint if butter and melon. Nothing like a California chard — 3 years ago
This is a hreT vintage for the price. Round yet not far. Traces of minerality. Pear and apple with a decent finish. Love it. — 6 years ago
Very nice premier cru Puligny Montrachet. Deeply aromatic. Full bodied and a bit creamy but with champagne like mouth clearing acidity. Very nice. — 7 years ago
Lemon meringue, crème brûlée, lingering minerality. Well made. — 3 years ago

Sometimes I just open a quality bottle for no real occasion, and today is one of those days. The nose and opening palette is pretty standard for white burg - lemon, green apple, saline minerals. But what sets this apart is the incredible finish - ethereal complexity of dried apple, apricot, almond, subtle oak, bitters, lemon zest and delicate citrus. Tame acidity that opens up over time . Feels very light (despite 13.5% abv), refined and elegant. Deserves to be served on its own, maybe with some herbed and salted nuts. But I’m having it with Goodles parm mac n cheese and Zapp’s Voodoo chips. It’s divine :) — 8 months ago
