More on the nose than the palate. Melon, vanilla, and lime. Chalk and mineral notes in the finish. — 9 years ago

On night one, pretty much closed with some nice minerality and lemon. after .3 days in the fridge all these wonderful melon and other fruits come out to balance the acidity and it becomes a masterwork of Muscadet.. buy a case and age 8-10 years folks.. gorgeous — 10 years ago
This is sensational. Luneau-Papin Muscadet is always good, but damn. — 12 years ago
A sizzling, focused Muscadet. Sea shells, sea spray, lemony acidity and an almost unctuous texture. Archetypical. #muscadet #luneau #fromenteaux — 8 years ago
Excellent. Never had Folle Blanche before. — 10 years ago
2009 Gros-Plant old vines, a cool, neglected find in the cellar. Still vibrant fruit and minerality, but acidity has softened a bit. I want oysters now. — 11 years ago
Citrus with minerality; refreshing and surprisingly complemented roast chicken nicely — 8 years ago
Any enterprising UK importers want to take on this stellar cru communale Muscadet?
Subtle and refined with watermelon and candied blood orange bouquet. Fine persistent flavour. Sort of like the very best Macon whites without any oak influence. — 11 years ago

Muscadet reminds me of the sea. Especially the nose. This one is lean- wine strained through crushed sea shells- little briney. Bone dry. One of the best muscadets I’ve had. — 7 years ago
