I like this wine most people wouldn’t it’s funky kinda primary sorta almost spritzy some bergamot/earl grey tones. Gamay is awesome and how varied it can be. — 7 years ago

Fat and vinous with a balanced edge to it. Obvious and overt aromas/flavors of fruits, dough, honey, sweet citrus/apple notes. Weighty. 70% PN 30% CH 4/2015 disgorgement — 8 years ago

Great Gamay — 8 years ago
Juicy and bright with plenty of funk. Not at the most "extreme" end of the natural spectrum, but very cloudy with a touch of barnyard at first. — 8 years ago
An intoxicating perfume of winter spice. Similarly, Allspice, clove, cinnamon, orange spice, and blackberry on the first taste. Balanced and pure. Unlike any Gamay I've tasted. — 10 years ago
Great chardonnay maturing well; not finished; 2007 Les Champs- Gains 1er cru from Puligny- Montrachet; maker Belland; lime green colour development; acidity better than many pinots from the same vintage; #driinkburgundy #drinkpinotnoir #bourgogne #pulignymontrachet #1ercru #leschampsgains #chardonnay #maturingchardonnay — 10 years ago
2008 showing well now — 10 years ago
This has put on weight since the last bottle I had. Tart and sappy red fruits with underlying minerality. Fairly long finish. Impressive! — 6 years ago
It’s always a little nerve-racking the first time you invite a date to a favorite restaurant. Is he going to like it as much as you like it? Probably not possible. But then you sit down to wait for him and order yourself a snack and end up chatting with the woman next to you for the 30 mins it takes him to show up and she whips out her OWN bottle of the best wine you’ve had in months, who cares how well the date goes. This wine is simultaneously supple and subtle, and holds its own in a current of too many fish. — 7 years ago

Red fruits. Minerally. Tannic spine. Refined and delicious. Just down the hill from the Beauregard cuvée. — 6 years ago
