About editing and restraint with subtle hints of this and that without hitting you over the with anything. Dominated by Rousanne which explains its elegance and subtlety. Generally regarded as one of Australia's better Pinot Noirs on the basis of its perfumed nose and plummy medium bodied palate with lovely silky tannins. Wine was suggested by the magician himself @Ira Schwartz . We decanted the wine and it was needed. The wine developed well over the course of about 90 mins. At first it was a smooth mineral forward wine but developed some complex fruit flavors such a pear. It paired well with both the short rib lasagna and the sea bass my wife and I had that night. — 5 years ago
