We drunk three Vougeot over the last two days. A 2014 chateau de la tour, a 2009 le moine and now a 2008! Meo Camuzet.. it only shows how tricky this cuvée is. Too big, too uneven, too many producers, always expensive. This is right in the middle, same fruit as the 2014, same roundness as the 2009. This is an outstanding Vougeot, fresh, fwd fruit and great complexity. — 6 years ago

Super dry, crisp and precise. White flowers and lemon zest on the nose. Palate incorporates some nuttiness and salinity, and maybe a hint of stone fruits. Could easily be mistaken for a Chablis. — 9 years ago

I jad given up after the 2004, but will revisit, you must know I used to like them so much I even went there to visit...fyi I am not the only person who thinks they had problems starting around 2004. I will trust you that things have changed..or we maybe disagree on their wines a bit ?
