Very elegant. Delicate like most from Nuits-Saint-Georges, but still plenty powerful. Buttery finish. — 7 years ago
Fresh, floral, delicate. Subtle citrus with dominant stone fruit pit character. Fine acid and minerality. — 7 years ago
The 2020 Bourgogne Blanc from Jérôme Chezeaux is a bit unusual in that it’s primarily old-vine Pinot Blanc (about 3/4) with the balance being Chardonnay. As one can imagine, not much of this is made. The wine pours a light golden color with medium viscosity. No signs of particles or gas. On the nose, aromas of stone and tropical fruit: peaches, pineapple, lemon, tangerine, meringue and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. The notes from the nose are confirmed. Finish is long, silky and has a good spine of limestone-like minerals. This was universally enjoyed by everyone at the table and finished way too fast. Drink now but could age for a few years with ease. — 2 years ago
This is a surprisingly good bottle of wine. I purchased it at the Union Square Wine Shop. — 4 years ago
A white burgundy. I taste stone fruit. Peach. Vanilla in the finish. Dry and smooth. I love this. — 5 years ago
I loved it! Deceptively simple, so comforting and acidic just enough to make it delicious. If Pinot is your game, than this is wine for you. You’ll love it from the first strawberry aroma. — 7 years ago
All previous negative reviews were for ‘05 vintage. Guess the winemaker fixed the “problem” by 2012. $55 purchased in New Orleans to drink with our beef tenderloin, Holiday Dinner. Did not disappoint in fact, when I asked my wine guy for a solid burgundy for $50-60, he nailed it with this election. Very traditional and will purchase again. The acidity from ‘05 reviews not present here. Nice red fruit, but not overbearing. Second glass after a little air and chill was highlife if he evening. — 8 years ago
Medium+ Ruby, youthful pronounced aromas of fragrant red berry fruits, pepper, smoky and earthy notes. On the palate vibrant flavors of black raspberry, strawberry and cherry with notes of forest floor. Medium+ acidity with soft rustic tannins on long finish ending with cedar and earthy character. Very nice now will improve in the cellar! — 4 years ago

This came in first place in a non-burgundy Pinot blind tasting with one Burgundy ringer. This was it. — a year ago
