Cotes de Catalan red with Guinea Fowl at Spring. Excellent fruit, not the graininess I can find in Grenache/Carignan reds at times. — 2 years ago
Field blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Beurot, Muscat and Pinot Noir from the Engelgarten, a vineyard with poor, gravelly soils located just outside the walls of Bergheim (about 10 miles north of Colmar, in the Haut Rhin). Pure, expressive nose with notes of citrus, rubber and minerals. Intense, dry, textured. Slightly ripe. Long, saline finish. — 3 years ago
Lovely. Off the list at 5eme Peche in Collioure. — a month ago
2 ans plus tard le vin est pareil mais il s'est assoupli, il est plus équilibré. Robe dorée foncée (or). J'aime. — 3 months ago

From Haskell’s box. Our first red Bordeaux, from Cadillac AOC Bordeaux region, which is right bank. Website says 60% Merlot 20% cab 20% Franc. Seemed a bit thin vs New World Cabs, but had softened tannins, dark fruit, early tawny color. will compare to other Merlots and to left bank claret later. D liked. W said ok. — 9 months ago

A perfect rosé. Crispy. Notes of strawberries and limestone. A wonderful way to start any summer evening. — 6 days ago
