Always great... even better when it greets you chilled in a Paris hotel room. — 6 years ago
Unbelievable. Intense aromas and flavors, zero oak (I thin), very yellow but I love it!!

In 2005 Marie and Frédéric Chauffray came across the perfect plot of land—25 acres on the plateau of Arboras in Terrasses du Larzac, situated in the Langeudoc. They sold the prestigious wine shop they owned outside Paris and embarked upon the dream of making wine, together founding Domaine de La Réserve d'O. Berry fruit and cacao notes. Cherry and mocha with spice and fine tannins. Lingering finish with ending with mineral notes. — 7 years ago
Another great one from the master. This was the wine that got me to seek out every btl I could find of this producer after tasting the 00 Reynard at Willys Wine Bar in Paris. I am always amazed at the finesse, balance & complexity of Allemand. This was another great vintage that is still youthful & for me in a perfect spot that should age for many years. — 3 years ago
2013. Scent of jasmine and lemon peel. Notes of pear, green apple skin, apricots. Has fresh acid and minerality at the finish. So good and reminded me of Chablis. Turns out I like Chardonnay after all! Want to try more of the Judgment of Paris wineries. — 4 years ago
Not nearly as good as the previous two wines, this Cote Roti is either still a bit young or doesn’t quite have the stuffing I was hoping for. Still a really good wine: just doesn’t compare to the Volnat 1er Cru or that unreal 2003 condrieu. But make no mistake: this restaurant is far and away the best place we went to during our entire week-long trip to Paris. The food is understated, elegant, and beautifully prepared. And the wine list is the best I’ve seen in terms of depth and QPR. Do not miss this place if you’re in Paris! — 5 years ago

Our first Morgon and oh, so good! The first bottle didn’t make it past the appetizer, so we had another. Explosive aromas of dark berry, violets and a little orange peel coax you to sip, again and again. A long supple finish, tinged with spice and a lovely sweetness. Delicious. Last night in Paris. South tomorrow! — 6 years ago
Class act at the Legion of Honor to see Degas, Impressionism and the Paris Millinery Trade. Black pepper, cassis. Mineral, savory. With pork stew. #seasonchange — 7 years ago
Blend of 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon. Interesting wine based on the fact that age has really mellowed it. Nose features violets, asphalt, Forrest Floor with a note of dark cherry/cassis fruit. Dark berry fruit is muted on the pallet with hints of dark chocolate. Soft tannins on the medium finish. Austere. — 3 years ago
Paired with Extra aged Prima Donna and Valhrona Dark Chocolate. Wonderful!! — 4 years ago
Dessert wine that's not too sweet. Goes great with blue cheese. Had at cheese tasting in Paris. — 5 years ago

Fresh, earthy and savory. Relatively light on its feet for a Northern Rhône. Fantastic QPR — 2 years ago
