Soft mineral citrus and stone fruit. A bit of creaminess on the mouth along with citrus acidity. Very nice. — 3 years ago
Fresh, bright and mineral. Lemony on finish. Elegant and easy to drink.

This is fun! Dried Grenache from California makes a lighter, more food friendly wine than it’s dried grape counterparts. Nice acidity, medium concentration, beautiful petal flavors. — 6 years ago
No brainer in Calva world. — 8 years ago
Ripe bricky red fruit. Touch of floral. Good acidity. — 3 years ago
This was quite different but I liked it. More if a plum, cherries and almost a grape flavor and tannic. Really unique — 4 years ago

Insane Calvados from the best in Normandy coming from a blend of 25-30 year old brandy. Toffee, baked apple, almond, citrus fruit, tropical fruit that has you wanting more. Such a complex spirit. — 8 years ago
A little linear but pretty and lifted nose of small berries, orchard apple, lemon rind. Beautiful effervescence and acidity. A little better at the end perhaps a sign of warm vintage but good effort regardless. — 3 years ago
Let this sit open for 30 mins and you’ll be rewarded with lots of peach. — 4 years ago
Really value for money guys, a traditional method from north France (not champagne) but very cheap. Less then 5€ in Italy. I recommend it. — 5 years ago
Night 2 notes: Just a killer Chablis. The purity and crystalline nose has citrus drizzled barely ripe peach, unbelievably sweet limestone/chalky minerality, a wee bit of damp earth. Intensely flavored yet almost weightless. Pure, very nicely integrate acidity. Great balance and nice persistence. — 6 years ago
Cranberry and dark cherry. Floral aromatics. More concentrated than their savigny bottling, but not what I would consider a complex wine — 7 years ago

Rocks. Citrus. Lacking honeyed characteristics. Maybe some tropical fruits in there too. — 3 years ago
