Tart with sweeter after taste. Pear? Nectarine? Great for warm weather. Very drinkable. — 3 years ago
Solid medium dry sercial; fine predinner — 4 years ago
A bit chewy, but seeing as its fluid and has these cherries and tar vibe it’s like drinking good Nebbiolo for less. Fun. — 5 years ago

Color is a mix of purple and burgundy, a bit cloudy. Nose of dried strawberry, spicy note, currants, and carbonates grape juice. Taste is smooth and follows the nose with addition of zest, decent acidity, and tiny hint of mineral. Some more blackberry. And some more black pepper. Aftertaste of some more warmth from black peppers. Clean and warm, and above average. — 5 years ago
Hugo loved this at the beach over one ice cube. Perfect refreshing summer wine — 6 years ago
Black & blue fruit, cool, ripe yet with nice tartness & restraint and an earthy undertone.
Better on the palate with great balance between the cool yet sweet fruit, the quite present tannins and the juicy acidity. Everything comes beautifully together.
A typical, picture book Douro red.

Toffee and maple aromas stand out in this Colheita. Flavours of biscuit and toasted pecan emerge thereafter. The finish is vaguely like vanilla. — 7 years ago
