Crystalline unsweetened pineapple, burnt lemon, torched matchstick, briny lime, a spray of apple cider vinegar and sauerkraut made with riesling. Yuriy is generous with this one. It's great but the oak nose was a bit overpowering. Incredibly well balanced in taste though, and a clean, clear, burnt brown color.
