I am really enjoying this cab blend. So well balanced with about 1/2 cab, 30% garnacha and the balance samso. So nice to be able to enjoy the harmony with a reasonable 14.5% alcohol level. Bought 2016 per Pedro at Grand Cata $25 on 2/24/19. He said it would be heavier and exhibit more structure than some others in stock - and to let breathe for thirty minutes. Pretty bright red, no meniscus. Weak bouquet but surprisingly nice balance– good light acid, gentle tannins, red fruit, some flinty mineral. Juicy and full of bright red fruit, much like a southern Burgundy. Higher alchohol? — 7 years ago
