Surprisingly good, and as clearly northern Rhone syrah as any wine can be. It has the strong fruit and the floral complexity, but remains smooth on the palette and well balanced. — 5 years ago
Nose is floral/tropical.
Palate is honey and cantaloupe.
As this opens its quite elegant. Not a great wine. But as the English would say lovely. Palate has apricot pits and almost diluted honey. Not an in your face honey. But an elegant one.

Lovely, easy drinking chard semillon blend — 8 years ago
Red Plum skins, black cherry, arugula. Still fresh and gamay’ish. Nice weight as it warms. Super nice balance. Nice tannic quality and while still retaining the freshness/juiciness of a Gamay. — 4 years ago
2016 vintage. Dark red. Black fruit, fresh herbs and a tarry hint, still holding back but obvious underlying complexity. Ripe blackberry and cassis, good focus and fresh acidity, refined tannin and an overall sense of harmony. Cave de Tain is probably the best co-operative in France and this is another fine showing. Good value for Hermitage at about 36 euro. — 5 years ago
Has a nice salinity — 5 years ago
Great complex pet nat from a very interesting producer. Bone dry with fine bubbles that dissipate almost immediately. Great to drink as an aperativo. — 6 years ago
Love this white blend (Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Rousanne and Clairette). Great complement to a salad topped with Peri Peri marinated shrimp. Refreshing and easy drinking with a light acidity and lots of minerality. Only issue is it’s easy to drink too quickly 😬 — 7 years ago
Very fruity on the nose. Everything you expect from a great grenache. — 7 years ago
Their was an earthiness where I was expecting meat and pepper. Still extremely good and with great depth. — 5 years ago
Juicy. medium plus acid. More round than stony. — 5 years ago
Fruity, medium bodied, easy to drink. Pairs well with meat and cheese.
