Craggy Range is a family owned winery established in 1997. Pale straw with stone and citrus fruit aromas with hints of honey sweetness. On the palate dry, with lively fruit, gooseberry, lime, melon and pronounced grapefruit flavors with subtle herb tones, vivid acidity, crisp and refreshing. Long smooth finish ending with a mineral tones. Nice value! Ready to drink now! Love the ‘19. — 5 years ago

2005 WS No. 1 wine of the year and a RP 100 pt rating.....Hmm, was not sure if I should drink or display on my mantle above the fireplace??
1 hour decant (decent chunky/fine sediment). A formidable inky garnet color with a little bricking. On the nose: expressive nose of red cherry, stewed meat, pine, pencil lead, floral, and oak. Taste: A creamy, smooth, rich, elegantly balanced wine with black cherry, little bitter chocolate, cedar, minerals, charcoal, and a earthy plummy long finish. Ripe, sweet tannins....such a classic 19 year Cali cab!! — 4 years ago

Classic Bordeaux style blend from several estate vineyards. Aged for 19 months in French Oak. Deep Ruby with purple edges, aromas of fresh berry fruits with cedar and spice. On the palate sweet cherry, blackberry and blueberry fruit, with savory oak & cacao notes. Tannins were smooth but tight, with an earthy herb touch on the long finish. Faust wines do not disappoint, even when young. Nice! A Fav! Great Value! — 5 years ago
Green apple and marzipan. — 6 years ago
Garnet colour, rich and powerful showing no visible signs of age even after 18-19 years. Nose is great blend of oak, blackcurrant, cedar, sandalwood and light menthol. Palate is packed with initial fruit and balanced, acidity and tannin. Finish is pleasantly dry with lingering perfume and light smoke. I’m no expert but I think this will evolve much further even though it is very enjoyable now. Have to mention again that this looks like it was bottled yesterday, so clean and vibrant. — 6 years ago
Delicious this is one of my go to wines. Low tanning taste, with the perfect amount of sweetness for me — 6 years ago
4% Petite Sirah added, aged in French oak barrels (35% new) for 19 months. Deep Ruby with ripe dark fruit aromas and cacao scents. On the palate flavors of rich cherry and blueberry with notes of vanilla, nutmeg and toasty oak. Fine chalky tannins, well balanced with acidity, long finish ending with fruit and creamy cacao texture. Very nice! — 4 years ago
