Cidrerie du Vulcain

Cidre Premiers Emois 2016

Soft and bubbly, apple champagne. Flavorful but subtle enough that it can be paired as a desert wine. — 5 years ago

Cidrerie Daufresne

Brut Cidre de Normandie Artisanal

Really enjoyed this one. Great balance of apple notes, citrus, and leesy quality with lively bubbles.

It has depth and is also refreshing.

Soooooooo good w a ham and cheese panini w apples, caramelized onions, and mustard.

Sample.

Cidrerie Du Leguer

Brutbrut Cidre

I dont like cider at all. It’s insipid. Truly. This is good. Some RS and texture without an overwhelming effervescence. Most ciders are too effervescent. This is good effervescence. Wanna talk about too much effervescence? — 4 years ago

Poiré Authentique Pear Cider 2016

Oh man. This is so good. So pure. Dileneated pears and chrysanthemum. Great acidity and lovely sweetness. Just so fresh and did I mention... pure. Hot damn! Just plain yummy. Eric Bordelet and Jacques Perritaz (Ciderie du Vulcain) are the true kings of ciders for me. They changed the way I think of the beverage. — 5 years ago
