Clean pear nose.
Quaffably pleasant.
Enough acid to pair with light fare.
Can be enjoyed on its own too. — 4 years ago
Opened for Zoom tasting with Mike Officer. 66% Semillon, 24% Muscadelle, 10% Chasselas! Bone dry, medium clear gold in the glass. Unmistakeable wooly/lanolin notes on the nose from aging Semillon; pungent savory herbs and sweet, ripe pineapple. The wine takes on weight and nuance as it warms. Drinks more like a white Bordeaux blend. The wine acts like a shape-shifter...dry apricots one moment, then crushed almonds, then quince or kiwi. A fun roller coaster ride impeccably balanced with plenty of fruit and acid verve. — 6 years ago

YES. Wow does this wine stand out and transport you. This super rare grape screams of cedar smoke, like you're sipping a dry earthy skin contact next to a bonfire looking over the mauve mountain ridges of the valley. Everything I could want in an orange wine with the added smoky kick. Delicious. — 6 years ago

A hazy, pale red in color, juicy raspberry notes, lovely acid and a clean dry, finish that make this Pet Nat perfect for a rich meal or just to cheer you up. — 8 years ago
