Great champs. Super balanced but not exaggerated. Very bread on the verge o cherry kernels. Dry n nice. — 8 years ago
Pretty darn tasty!!! Not too dry, fairly fruity? w O celebrating 3mo in Stockholm! — 8 years ago
Wonderful nose o moulded leaved n mushy rooms. Taste z a little held back but has a great lingering fruity acidity. — 9 years ago
Elegant n fine champs but not the richness nor complexity I seek. Little mineral, little earth. Maybe hint o unripe apples. Maybe better w even more cellar time. Or not. — 10 years ago

Perfectly balanced. Pure Pinot can you believe it?! I can't. And that's a great thing! Got that cold limestone mineral down, just the perfect amount of fat busty cleavage...just a tiny bit...a tiny bit toasty. My favorite rose champagne. An amazing example of keeping all of it in balance. Drank out of Riedel O series Pinot glasses. Too bad I got the last bottle for sale here in America 😜 — 11 years ago
Yeasty apples and pears. Like a nice champagne w/o the bubbles. Good acid. — 11 years ago

First rate bottle 'o bubbly. We are usually California-sentric, but decided to get some real champagne for my birthday. Less front end acidity. Nice toasty mid and lengthily finish. Different in a good way. Really enjoyed this one — 10 years ago

Crisp, tight structure w/o being oppressive. Amazingly bright apple, mellow yeast and a hint of subtle peach or nectarine. Yum! — 7 years ago
Wow.. this Champagne is astonishingly beautiful. Amazing, with years ahead of it. Creme brulee, candied lemon, flint, white peonies, butterscotch candy, and sweet lees. The acid is round and lush, with a subtle lift of citrus brightness, with texture like the cream on top of a well made latte. Sauteed apples in butter, lemongrass, a very subtle hint of candied ginger spice notes, vanilla cream, and a finish that lasts for at least a minute. This champagne is delectable now, but MAN-O-MAN, in 5-10 more years it will be at the peak of its plateau. I might accidently finish the bottle myself.. hope my wife doesn't get mad at me, haha. — 8 years ago
1 of the 4 Champagne elements release series (fire, earth, air, and water). The L'air was such an awesome find (current and last release was "O", or water). It is lifted much like clouds ( beautiful sweet brioche toast notes, lemon zest, dried peaches, spiced honey, and and nutmeg. The pallet was creamy and full - full of baked golden apples, créme bruleé, toasted almond, and a bright lasting finish. I think this was an outstanding, and brilliant wine for under $90... yumm mmmm. Happy Valentine's Day! — 8 years ago
Delicious. I love this champagne. Creamy à Cramant. Hey-o! But seriously, a great one—rich, but exact enough for very top-notch champagne. — 10 years ago
