Happy bday to my wonderful wife! This was excellent. Lime and green apple, so fresh and bright, brioche with a tiny bit of pepper. Great bubbles and texture. Love the paper case. — 6 months ago
The NV Brut 7 Crus is a very pretty, entry-level wine in this range. Bright, mineral and intensely vibrant, the 7 Crus is all energy. All the elements are so well proportioned. A blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, this captures all the house signatures with tons of energy and better overall balance than in some previous editions. White flowers, chalk and citrus linger. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Disgorged: June, 2023. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, November 2023)

Along with Egly-Ouriet, simply the best entry-level grower champ on the market (IMO). This is 70% base vintage, and 30% reserve wines. Blend is 33/33/33% Pinot/Chard/Meunière. 30+ months on lees… damn delicious. Disgorgement: June 2023 / Dosage: 6 gr/l — 4 months ago
October 2014 disgorgement. Based on 2011 (80%?). Balance 2010/2009 split evenly. 50% chard 50% pn — 7 years ago
Tasted over Christmas 2024. My first time trying Pol Roger, and a really great experience – this was a tick above many of the Grandes Marques and I found it to be quite refined. I suspect the dosage is fairly high, since it was so very drinkable, but no complaints from me! — 5 months ago

2010 vintage. This is firing on all cylinders now. Phenomenal. Impossibly gossamer featuring pear, Meyer lemon and traces of minerals. Wowzers. A fave Champagne producer and this is worth the search. 02.22.25. — 4 months ago
