Pinot Noir com certeza. Muito suave. No restaurante do castelo de Chambord. Maio 2018. — 8 years ago
Sweet red fruit and noticeable but integrated oak. Modern style and reminds me of a young bold Burgundy. Chambord liqueur, gravel, maybe a chalkiness or waxy element. — 9 years ago
Way way different wine than the bryant flagship wine i tasted tonight. Very different vintages as well. One obstreperous and one forgiving. However, i must say this wine nods toward the old school with its intense pyrazines and red fruit oriented character. A considerable earth tone that is consistent through the nose. A forest scent. This had chambord like deep raspberry aromas with hibiscus and dark strawberries with blackcurrant in the background. Magnificent oak integration. This wine was hard to rate behind their flagship 12 which had gained such praise but the complexity and finish of the 12 in such youth is a tad more compelling. — 10 years ago

No idea where we got this. Typically not bubbly drinkers so we added some chambord. Delish. — 12 years ago
Strawberries, a bit of bell pepper, and funk. chewy tannins. Very very good. Drank with Wagyu beef at Maison d a Cote outside chambord. — 7 years ago
Very nice subtle flavour; Sauvignon in the beginning with a slight chardonnay after taste. Easy drinking for the Sauvignon lover. — 9 years ago
One of my favorites....well-rounded, smooth and just beautiful. Add a shot of Chambord for a decadent treat! — 11 years ago
Fruity, light. Nicely balanced. Not light weight. Light but has body. Great with lighter taste plats. — 13 years ago

Always a favorite alone or with a splash of chambord, blackberry brandy, fruit.....you name it. — 9 years ago
Sometimes I have to force myself to buy a white that isn't Loire Valley Chenin ( but without actually leaving the Loire Valley, because that would be crazy.) This Cour-Cheverny made me glad I did. I've only had Romorantin a few times prior, but I loved the tart acidity balanced by a great saline minerality. — 9 years ago
Nutty, smooth and fantastic with chambord and lime. — 12 years ago
Amazing! Spoke to lady at winery about adding frozen berries, cranberry juice or a float of Chambord — 13 years ago

Glistening violet color. Displays highly perfumed red/blue fruit liqueur, exotic spice and floral oil qualities on the expressive nose. Alluring sweet and broad on the palate, offering sweet Chambord, blueberry and spicecake flavors that are sharpened by a building mineral flourish. Shows sharp definition and spicy cut on a long, penetrating finish that leaves sweet floral pastille and red berry preserve notes behind. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, February 2020)
