A 5th Growth from the left bank of Bordeaux, driven on 70% Cab Sauv and 30% Merlot. It has the finesse and the style of Pauillac wines. Elegant and quite complex, highly aromatic and has abundance of tannins while shining on the finish. Warm and active!
Chateau owners also have Lynch-Baches and Ormes de Pez. — 10 months ago

2015 vintage. Yah…decade-old Condrieu at $32.10 a bottle resto cost. Mix of premier cru Chablis and Pernand-Vergelesses bod at this point. Believe the artist formerly known as Prince tossed up a track that fairly encapsulated this wine…Sexy MF. Picked up the last four cases of this to pour by the glass via Coravin likely starting around Thanksgiving. And it would go well with a ton of that holiday grubadubdub. Twould be great if posters could actually spell Viognier correctly. Probs asking for the bleeping moon here. 9.16.25. — a month ago
