Triple IPA bien connue et excellente avec notamment le houblon maris otter pour cette version. J' adore — 8 years ago
We loved this. Great flavors, not too dry or oakey or anything. Great blend and goes wonderfully with pasta. My husband absolutely loved it. We normally like more strong and forward wines and this was was just a good medium wine. Seems like it would go with anything. — 9 years ago
Drank my Mantle (Hirsch) the other night and now Maris stepped up to the plate. Wonderful aromas of apples, limes and peaches . My mouth was greeted by lemons, limes tropical fruit and kick ass acid. A touch of wood cheers from the bleachers. Cannot recall having two better examples of California Chardonnay. — 9 years ago
Lovely wine. Good structure and front loaded fruit with a balanced finish. — 6 years ago
Drinking really well now. Bit of tannin but fruit to the fore. 100% old vine carignan I think. Beautiful with shoulder of lamb. — 7 years ago
Opens beautifully-round smooth tannins, balanced dark fruit
Meal pairing: seared rosemary lamb chops, oven roasted sweet potatoes, kale salad, blanched string beans. — 8 years ago
Solid value. Flowers, oranges, bright with great length and some salinity. Awesome with seafood appetizers. — 9 years ago
This wine ages very well. Definitely time to open it if you have it. Decanted for 3 hours and it was very smooth. — 9 years ago
Pear and apple tastes awesome! Light acid. Having with sushi. — 9 years ago

Tribute is on of my favourite ales. It is very drinkable with a good light amber colour coming from the Cornish Gold and Maris Otter malts. St. Austell Brewery use Cornish spring water and aromatic hops that gives a pleasant caramel and a slight citrus aroma. The taste is a nice traditional pale ale that is a well balanced malt and caramel, and not over poweringly citrusy as is the current trend.
Easy to come by and readily available in bottles at a snip at £1.80 a bottle. — 6 years ago
