Great appetizer/cocktail hour opening wine. We like it so much more after meeting and visiting with Benedetta at the winery in Montalcino. — 9 years ago

Absolutely delicious, a full bodied yet light brunello. Another great wine shared from Jesse. Went perfectly with a dinner of roasted salmon. — 5 years ago
Smooth and luscious. Earthy, mushroomy on the nose and tannic. Some acidy on the finish. Pleasant, improves with breathing- 1 hr. — 8 years ago
Biodynamic producer ! This is a steal , way better than a Biondi Santi at a much better price . Such great acidity and what a wine . — 9 years ago
Benedetta knows how to make a great wine. This comes from a tiny family owned estate on the east side of the hill in Montalcino. Benedetta's father worked these vines for years before he saved up to buy them. They only make 13,000 bottles / year I believe. Think of their Super Tuscan starter /first course wine, the Rossi as the brother, and their Brunello as the "dad". Buy this bottle. — 9 years ago
Your experts need to look again here. I never look for Pinot Grigio but after being given this bottle, and finishing it over two tastings, it is worth searching for because it is an 8.9-means you will get more than your money’s worth here.
Dry, perfect with fish, light citrus flavor, minimal lemon bouquet, lovingly on the palate. Find it, enjoy it, don’t put it down. But take it with you as a gift. — 2 years ago
