Moores 2024. $25. My favorite rose on the planet. — 5 months ago
Pale golden yellow color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and herb spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple with slight citrus and honey notes and herb spice. Good acidity, balance and structure, medium+ finish ending with earthy mineral character. Very Nice! — 6 months ago
Dry but lots of fruit. 1988 — 6 months ago
At Moore Brothers tasting of Piemonte with Fung and Mary 1/25/25. Unusual blend with fruit from high up by the foothills of Alps but microclimate warm enough for palm trees. A rather rich and round texture and wouldn’t have guessed Nebbiolo. — 9 months ago
Took a flyer buying this from Benchmark. Bottle was in perfect condition, but sadly past its peak. Nose was outstanding - huge - chocolate, spice box. Had lost any acidity to balance the huge fruit. And at 17%, it kicked our ass. Would love to try a slightly younger rendition. — 2 months ago

Quelle douceur veloutée et finale persistante en bouche. Plus dispendieux cependant et taux de sucre élevé. — 5 months ago
Located in the heart of Umbria, pale lemon color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and honey floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and peach with citrus and nutty notes. Good acidity, balance and structure, medium+ finish ending with salty mineral character. Nice! — 6 months ago
Ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.
Red fruits on the nose with light oak, vanilla, licorice and chocolates.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with black currants, blueberries, fresh cherries, light oak, spices, chocolates, dark coffee, peppercorn, earth and black tea.
Short finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This young Amarone is a little underwhelming. Not as bold as I expected it to be, with mostly red fruits. Feels more like a Ripasso than an Amarone.
Tangy and spicy with nice complexity and balance.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
A blend of Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella.
15.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

Turns out super well made Amarone is ideal match for Texas smoked brisket and ribs. Dense, layered and oh, so smooth. No clue where it’s hiding 17% alcohol. In a sweet spot with 30 minute decant. 🙏 @Michael Aronovici — 3 months ago
Viking cruise wine tasting. Bold and lingering. — 3 months ago
Classic amarone: Prunes, figs, raisins, dark chocolate notes with great firm tannins but still fresh and acidity. Brighter than other years but definitely a tasty wine that pairs well with steak or certain desserts. Definitely will try other vintages. — 6 months ago
v15. Delicious! Dried herb and crushed blackberry grape nose. Fresh, rich, blackberry, soft plum and slightly tar fruit. Smooth dried herb, earthy, chocolate finish. — 6 months ago
Deep purple in color; blackberries, black plums, and graphite on the nose; high acidity; medium tannins; tastes like red plums, sage, and clay pots with a long finish. Bri and I liked it. — 9 months ago
