Tropical, pineapple and lemon curd; yellow apple, sweet hay, crème caramel. Nice, medium+ acid. — 3 years ago
The 2020 Soave is subtle and delicate in the glass with dusty yellow florals and hints of peach skins. It washes across the palate, soft and round, with a lovely mineral and acid balance. This leaves a glycerol coating of fruit concentration, yet still finishes remarkably fresh. While not the last note on depth, the 2020 is really quite lovely. (Eric Guido, Vinous, April 2022)

like Macon but more my liking! all the best parts of chard, but not heh — 6 years ago
Small red berries, black and white pepper, strawberry, hay, leather a bit too. Rather discreet but complex nose. The palate is a real treat. So long, so intense! A very strong acid backbone which makes for a dynamic mouthfeel. Strawberry and small red berries dance all around it. Some width and a smooth touch on the sides, a bit of tannins too to spice things up. There is something else in the texture like a layer of silk with a touch of tobacco, I don't know how to describe it otheewise. The finish is everlasting with the small red berries and a nice acid/bitter touch that make it very classy. It blends a grand Bourgogne touch with a dynamic and fruitful châteauneuf du pape distinction. What a wine! — 7 years ago

Very fresh and bright — 6 months ago
Pale yellow pour. Aroma of citrus minerals. Cool and crisp mild slate lemon minerals upfront. And a taste of pear ( after I read it) Very light. — 8 months ago
No formal notes . Quite pale lemon yellow . This is quite ripely fruited , with touch of apricot , spiced lemon peel , pineapple , white peach . On the palate this has good freshness and slightly creamy texture . White peach and citrus peel with white almonds , good acidity . Reasonable length , grippy slightly toasty finish . Enjoy now and over the next 5 years . Quite modern and international in style , but well made and convincing.

Pleasantly floral and slightly herbal, the 2021 Soave II Selene opens with green apple, candied lime and sweet sage aromas. Soft and supple, with crisp acids, the Selese finishes long and full of tension, leaving traces of Granny Smith apple and a salty minerality. $13.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous, April 2023) — 3 years ago
Loved this Soave - very quaffable — 5 years ago
