Pretty volatile soon after pouring. Calmed down with some time in the glass. But still unlikely to please everyone. The carbonic maceration is evident. With all of this, I ended up finding it to be an interedting and enjoyable expression of terroir. — 8 months ago
Budget friendly Cru Beaujolais (Brouilly). Vivid light ruby color. Intense nose of earth, smoke, purple flowers, wet stones and red berries. Just a touch of Brett. Pallet is full of lush and juicy red and blue fruit. Hint of baking spices. Gentle texture and extremely soft tannins. Bright! — 3 years ago
Nose: magnificent
Palate: bright. Cherries. — 3 months ago
Great red fruit notes on both the nose and palate/retro nasal. — 4 months ago
Very tart, lip - smacking cherry juice. Would be lovely on the deck on a warm summer evening. Alas, it’s 25 and snowing, but nice nonetheless. Takes a little of the chill out of winter. — 7 months ago
Excellent gamay feel like i haven’t had one in some years now was once atop my list of tiers. — 2 years ago

Rustic nose, with mushrooms, iron, red meat, slightly crunchy read fruit, rose florals and maybe even a hint of crisp red apple. Medium body, and a dark, deep ruby or rose color. Palate is zingy with hints of blood orange, high quality balsamic, honestly bubble gum or some sort of candied flavor, piñon wood, with dark chocolate (like cacao) and a little tar and burnt fennel at the finish. Whew, this is rich and fun, but not so high ABV or weight that it’s overwhelming. — 3 months ago
Plenty of ripe red fruit, bubble gum, medium body and a lot of brett on the nose. — 4 months ago

Seems closer to a Pinot Noir than a Gamay — 2 years ago
Crimson in colour. Sappy cherry aromas - earthy notes. Sour cherry flavours, juicy red fruits, some spice. Light to medium bodied palate and tannins. Apparently a little bit of Chardonnay goes into the blend with the Gamay. Obviously more a summer than a winter drink but curiosity got the better of me. I don’t drink much Beaujolais but this was highly recommended by Roscoe at Prince Wine Store in South Melbourne. Congratulations @PrinceWineStore for being named in the Top 10 Wine Stores in the World! Saw the list in the regular email I get from Acker in New York. Acker were #1 ; Berry Bros and Rudd in London were #2 . — 5 years ago

2018 drunk in 2025. Beautiful color—no signs of age; light bodied, tart, and bone dry. Lovely and great food wine. — 3 months ago
