One of the best CDLR’s in the biz showing beautifully tonight with an ultra complex and seductive bouquet of candied red cherries, rose petals, coffee beans and game meat. The palate is luxuriously silky with obvious grand cru and old vine concentration, particularly for the vintage, and there is beautiful purity and elegance to balance its power. Its spice and mineral inflicted finale just keeps on going. 07 Burgundy are in such a great spot. — 15 days ago

Medium dark rubi robe, nose of dark cherries, spices and a hit of cloves and flowers. Oh so good in the mouth, medium bodied, complex, flowery and with some vanilla from the barriques. Fantastic. Roumier has gotten better over the years. — 2 months ago
I like that - a bit of dark fruit and a nice racy finish. Simple but effective, paired with bread and butter. — 7 years ago

Excellent! Smooth and polished. Super long and showing more maturity than I was expecting. All the classic notes in a superb showing. — 14 days ago

This one, on the other hand, did smack me in the face with a surprising streak of lean almost metallic minerals cutting through. — 4 months ago

Light bodied red… strawberry notes especially on the nose. Some spice notes. Very decent bottle from Publix, think I’m enjoying this vintage more than last years. — 18 days ago

Back dating our reviews as we’ve been to this (excellent) restaurant twice in the past three days!
Superb seafood and this Chablis was the perfect accompaniment.
👏 to Michael the resident Sommelier for the selection.
