Blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Parellada, aged for 60 months in the bottle, pale lemon with aromas of stone and lemon/lime citrus fruit with a mineral tang, light bubbles and mousse, biscuit notes. On the palate flavors of apple and citrus with floral and biscuit notes, medium+ finish ending with a toasty herb citrus mineral character. Organic.
