From the bike tour. Actually not Pommard but a rare red from chassagne Montrachet. Floral and interesting. — 4 years ago
Lovely Sancerre. Hints of citrus and minerals. Mature — 5 years ago
Lime och lite tropisk frukt. Mycket fin mineralitet, något oljig, lång fin avslutning. Väldigt bra — 5 years ago

This is Benoît Ente, mineral driven, lots of secundairy tones yet refreshing! You could say the acidity is a bit on top but I really liked it. Will buy again!

Not bad for a house wine! — 9 years ago
Powerful and dense, nicely juxtaposed by the racy chalkiness and snap of its acidity. Some post-disgorgement age has brought great balance and complexity. There’s ripe/baked apple, asian pear, orange peel, white strawberry, fresh dough, chalk, nutmeg, salt, some honey. Can clearly sense the 50/50 CH/PN and their respective terroirs. Kudos for purity given its low-to-no SO2 upbringing, which I find particularly hard to execute in Champagne. 5/2016 disgorgement. — 5 years ago
Green apple, good ripeness but not too much. Very long finish with some toastiness. Excellent — 7 years ago
Jenny is drinking the Chardonnay! We are still on the reds. — 8 years ago
Actually a village level chassange-Montrachet. From the bottles purchased on the bike tour. I could smell this all day long. The candy and the floral. Seems like it was in the $20 range. For the money doesn’t get better — 4 years ago

Beautifully balanced. Would enjoy as a starter or with a burger and steak. So versatile. — 6 years ago

Elegant beyond words! Crushed seashells and Stoney minerality lead the way to an extremely well balanced and classy Chablis from an incredible vineyard that just pairs with everything at the dinner table. Love 11' Chablis. Love this producer. Must buy more! — 9 years ago
