Beautifully balanced. Would enjoy as a starter or with a burger and steak. So versatile. — 5 years ago

This is Benoît Ente, mineral driven, lots of secundairy tones yet refreshing! You could say the acidity is a bit on top but I really liked it. Will buy again!

Again tight. Needs time or air. — 3 years ago
Powerful and dense, nicely juxtaposed by the racy chalkiness and snap of its acidity. Some post-disgorgement age has brought great balance and complexity. There’s ripe/baked apple, asian pear, orange peel, white strawberry, fresh dough, chalk, nutmeg, salt, some honey. Can clearly sense the 50/50 CH/PN and their respective terroirs. Kudos for purity given its low-to-no SO2 upbringing, which I find particularly hard to execute in Champagne. 5/2016 disgorgement. — 4 years ago
Lime och lite tropisk frukt. Mycket fin mineralitet, något oljig, lång fin avslutning. Väldigt bra — 5 years ago
Green apple, good ripeness but not too much. Very long finish with some toastiness. Excellent — 7 years ago
For true fans of Brut Nature. — 7 years ago
Absolutely brilliant! Over and over Dehu’s Meunière proves that it desires to be my house pour. The nose of almost tropical fruit nearly took my head…sweet, pure, complex. Then the acidity sweeps the palate with a brush of brioche, sweet straw, and a hint of ripe green stem. Long, lingering finish. As the wine opens and warms, it eases it way. I’m a huge fan! — 2 years ago
