Вялый перляж. Цедра лимона и апельсина, персики, садовые яблоки, грильяж, сверхтонкие нюансы дыма и творога. Красивый цельный аромат. Тело средней плотности, вкус стартует с нот взбитого с сахаром желтка, продолжается крепкими цитрусами, свежеиспечённым белым хлебом, маринованным виноградным листом. Бодрая кислотность, чуть оксидировано, глубоко и долго. 18/20

This is really rich voluptuous stuff. It’s low dosage but it’s not minerals on steroids. There is beautiful pear with light ginger here. Very balanced. Perfect for an appertif but would play well with lots of foods. He’s a terroir guy and it shows. — 8 years ago
