Great value! This tastes fresh. Note the most dry rosé, more like off-dry. Strong minerality balanced out with notes of melon and apricot — 7 years ago
Thoroughly enjoyed this wine. Balanced, smooth and a pleasure to drink. — 7 years ago

We were lucky to have probably the benchmark for the Roussanne grape about a month ago with the Chateau Beaucastel. This Yangarra was not as stone fruit fleshy as the old vine Beaucastel. Skinnsy notes from being fermented in ceramic eggs Two thirds fermented on skins with extended contact; one third fermented without skins. A full bodied white on the palate with notes of Quince with some viscosity and low acid finishing with some bitterness from those skins which is good. Grows on you with each sip. In summary a very good new world Roussanne. Had my last one 57 weeks later on 29/6/22 with similar notes although there was a strange unidentifiable note on the palate. Nutty. — 4 years ago
This shit was DELICIOUS. Drank it with some pasta primavera and then high fived myself. — 6 years ago

Terroir and 20% Nielluciu add distinctive, pleasing personality to 80% Grenache. Chewy but friendly — 7 years ago
No longer a “Vin de Bourgogne”, now a “Produit de France” this is still a great example of a French Chardonnay. Slightly more mineral than a typical Burgundy, light bodied with peach and melon followed by a crisp, clean, and quick finish that then returns with some grass and citrus. — 5 years ago
Dark ripe berries but not overly fruity. Balanced with notes of white pepper and anise. Subtle minerality. Supple texture. Could age nicely. Takes a chill well. — 5 years ago

Drank at home with roast chicken. Such a good bottle. Sweeter than I normally like but didn’t mind — 7 years ago
Pithy. Zesty. Light on its feet. Rhubarb, red currant, sour cherries, dried flowers, blood orange with just enough garrigue goodness. — 7 years ago
My last bottle of 2016. Has the 2017 been released yet? Am I just in time? — 7 years ago
