This is nothing short of delicious. Rich and succulent noses of roasted pineapple, fennel, quince and the full tropical 🌴 fruit line up. On the sip it has that silky kinda oily texture. Nice Cabernet - nice fruit, smooth going down. The nose was really nice as well...had a spicy blackberry bouquet to it. The spice mildly translated going down - medium tanins - not overwhelming at all. Paired with a bone in rib eye quite well. — 9 years ago

Consumed 12/2017. Full rich flavors of berry, Cassis and black cherry with hints of vanilla in the background. Aging with French oak adds complexity and depth, resulting in a high-quality Cabernet with great value. For me, this wine has to breath for a couple of hours before I like it. — 7 years ago
