This wine may be on the decline. The fruit has gone decidedly raisiny. But the acidity still shines and the wine remains delicious. — 5 years ago

Alma de Cattleya Sonoma County Chardonnay 2019: Intense aromas. Bright flavors. Nice balance & acidity. Lemon, caramel & oak with a creamy, round textured finish. 100% Chardonnay from Sonoma County. Overall, an impressive & lovely wine from a new, unfamiliar winery. Looking forward to trying a few of their other grape varietals. Cheers🍷 — 4 years ago
mango and pineapple on the nose - yum!

Liked better than the red — 7 years ago
The hidden blend of grapes for this is kinda fun. Obviously lots of Malbec, rich, intensely flavored dark fruit is the main character, with a hint of baking spice and something savory, and dusty tannins. Not much nose and finish but that's fine. — 8 years ago

Clear!! Not sour not sweet 😝 nice — 5 years ago
Love the work that the winemaker does, but this was my first Cattleya. Lifted profile with a touch of spice...assuming some whole cluster usage. Perfumed potpourri, spicy red fruits, and black cherry skin on the nose. Medium acidity with stemmy/herbaceous notes alongside violets, more black cherries, underripe plum and peppercorn. — 6 years ago
