Alma Rosa Pinot Noir 2017: Medium-body. Perfect balance & acidity. Fine soft tannins. Aromas of red fruits & cedar with bright red fruits notes of cherry, raspberry, strawberry & cola. Smooth spiced finish. For me, this was an outstanding Central CA Pinot Noir; not overpowering, simply pleasant! Perfect Pinot Noir characteristics that can be complemented with just about any meal and for me, I paired it with a grilled beef kebab Roka salad. Great day to all! Cheers🍷 — 3 years ago

Love the work that the winemaker does, but this was my first Cattleya. Lifted profile with a touch of spice...assuming some whole cluster usage. Perfumed potpourri, spicy red fruits, and black cherry skin on the nose.
