The 2019 Carema Etichetta Bianca is laced with sweet pipe tobacco, cedar, mint, dried flowers, crushed rocks and Alpine herbs. This is an especially floral, savory vintage for the Etichetta Bianca, a wine that impresses with its energy, verve and class. The only thing missing here is a bit of freshness and depth. Other ratings called this “closed” which I completely agree with. The dense flavors took forever to open up. I popped it at noon for a 7:30p dinner of chick pea and potato pasta, and it was still developing. Highly tannic, but so layered if you have the patience. Darker fruits, yet still some tart red cherry, lavender, rose petals, and ashy dryness. Complex, classic Barolo (from my limited experience). I’ll save my second bottle to see how it develops. — 2 months ago

Wine is bright red, on nose its red fruits, earthy, oak, dry tobacco, floral. On palate, wine is plum, berries, oakiness. Acidity is medium plus, tannic, its shows strong charachter or nebbiolo and merlot. Firm and elegant structure. Enjoy 2029+. Cheers! — 2 months ago
Nice bouquet of violet, subtle spice. Cherry, herbal and earthy. Liked it better on the second day. Touch hot on the first. — 4 months ago
Earthy (of course). Cherries, raspberries, strawberry, leather, and tobacco. Outstanding, and just coming into its own. — 4 months ago

Located in the village of Castiglione Tinella in the heart of the Piedmont Region called the Langhe, four generations the Saracco family has been Moscato d' Asti. Clear, light, almost white color, with small bubbles, Frizzante-style. Pronounced nose, floral and ripe white peaches, with notes of honeysuckle. Sweet, the palate follows the nose with the addition of orange citrus flavors with low acidity and nice medium length finish. Consistent. — 6 months ago
Cherry, green coffee, alcohol smell, beautiful light ruby red color, acid, cherry, mild musky smoke, acid cuts at the end and sits creating a cold-hot illusion — 5 years ago

Nice touch of roses and tertiary notes with a hint of red fruit that disappeared after 30min or so. Enjoyable while it lasted. — 2 months ago
