Note : A champagne house that I had not had the opportunity to taste during my trip to Aÿ in Champagne. With its beautiful golden robe, fine bubbles and well present gives us the character of this wine. A charismatic nose of flowers, brioche and citrus fruits. On the palate, a nice balance with a freshness that ends with gourmet flavors. Nice to the palace to have a good time.

Une maison de champagne que je n’avais pas eu l’occasion de déguster lors de mon voyage à Aÿ en Champagne. Avec sa belle robe dorée, des bulles fines et bien présente nous donne le caractère de ce vin. Un nez charismatique de fleurs, brioche et agrumes. En bouche, un bel équilibre avec une fraîcheur qui se conclut sur des saveurs gourmandes. Sympathique au palais pour passer un bon moment.

Constant notes, this one has a more muted nose at first then opens up to a mineral stony profile, light pastry aromas, honey, buttery slightly and very Chardonnay like. A very smooth, and creamy palate with great tension, vivid and intense, yet finesse, class and elegance are there, very small and tight bubbles, long delicious finish with that irresistible mixture of energy and class. 93-94

Notes constantes, nez plus discret au départ que la dernière bue il y a quelques semaines mais le nez ouvre sur une belle minéralité, brioché et très Chardo en style, fruits blancs, un peu miellé et beurré.
