Pale lemon in color with a green hue.

Strong nose of gooseberries, grapefruits, green apples, white pepper, minerals, herbs and lemongrass.

Medium bodied with high acidity and nice legs. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with grapefruits, citrus, green apples, bitter herbs, grass, light vegetables and white pepper.

Medium plus in finish with limes and bitter almonds.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc always delivers. Nicely balanced with mild complexity, and a slight bitter ending.

This vintage does not seem to show much of the tropical fruits, like previous ones did. Very refreshing when properly chilled.

I paired it with ahi tuna and a calamari salad, which matched perfectly.

13% alcohol by volume.

Lovely, fresh and it has body with a hint of Elderberry at the front of the tongue.

Light, refreshing melon. Mild citrus/lemon. Medium-length finish. Enjoyed with Elissa’s baked eggs in ham. Also good alone.
