This has evolved well. Still generous amounts of fruit but savory, earthy notes are there and it’s well structured. Complex and tasty.

This blend has changed a lot over the years. This vintage there’s only 22% zin. Dark fruit, rich and plush.

Happy holidays, everyone! Drinking beautifully now but no rush still plenty of life to go...opened about 45 min before drinking.

Needed a little bit of air but it did not take long to start singing. Consistently good.

Six different grapes in this one 30% mourvedre, 22% zin, 13% syrah, 13% tempranillo, 12% grenache, and 10% petite sirah). It’s Saxum so it’s awesome by definition, but what blew me away was that it was pretty aproachable right away…but was still drinking great after we set a little aside in the fridge for 5 days! Don’t know how Justin does it, but I’m glad he does!
