Solid chard, but not crisp enough for me.

Interesting balance of Chardonnay & Bourbon. Pairs well with goat gouda cheese and pork bbq.

Nose - oak, light lemon. Taste - lemon zest, butter, oak. Not real balanced, but not horrible either. Finish is a an ods minerality.

Outstanding. Hints of caramel, still some crispness but more rounded finish.

On the first sip, I’ve got to be honest I wasn’t really all that into it. Aged two months in bourbon barrels, I could definitely get that hint of bourbon. Definitely some new to try. After putting it away for a day and bringing it back our, I’ve got to say that I like it more in day two than when I originally uncorked. Overall, not the greatest I’ve had, but definitely not nearly the worst either. A great “middle of the road” Chardonnay.

Not a big fan of Chardonnay however this is really nice. Not too dry and a great taste.

A very mature and smooth Chard. Not to oaky, it achieves a nice equilibrium with a smooth, slightly tart finish. Well done!
