2012 vintage.l. Spearmint, sage, trail dust & Rainier cherries on the nose. Fairly big tannins framing a long baking chocolate/fudge/espresso finish. A deft, medium bodied affair.

Aug 19th, 2017Hints of sawdust on the nose. A three-layered, rolling explosion of dark fruit from the initial taste, much like getting hammered by a thee-hit combo from a professional boxer. Medium tannins through the middle. The finish seems to pull the flavors into a nice balance. An absolute superb wine.
