Cerdon Bugey Sparkling Rosé Poulsard Gamay

Perfect amount of sweet with dry, notes of berries and honey. Great sparkling and crowd pleasing

Nose: …yeasty. I guess that’s the ancestral method style. Smells like a cider. Mulberry. Apricot.

Taste: tastes like sophisticated grape juice. Quite fizzy. Sweet, with a lot of strawberry, cherry, and blackberry flavors. Low ABV (8%?). 85.

A sweet, enjoyable, romantic red bubbly. Best enjoyed with someone you love!

Easy to dismiss but totally awesome. Distinct raspberry note, with an underlying fuller note of cardamon or similar spice. Glass #7 at Asta.
