Leave it to @Bill Bender to bring a 3L of this! Floral nose of roses and bright cherry. Vibrant. Muddled raspberries, tobacco, and candied cherries with violet. Drinking so well out of a double mag with tons of life in it. A top wine of the night!

Decanted in the cellar for 4 hours and then drank with veal Marsala.
Blockbuster classic Barolo that still showed quite a bit of fruit along with incredible balance and finesse.
This wine just hit the spot and was singing. Impressive. Aging paid off.

Pretty disappointing ... I wonder if this bottle was exposed to heat sometime before I bought it?
