Hard to not drink this again. Given how Amazingly light and fresh the seafood was, a Txakolina would've have probably been better.

Smooth criminal. 30+ months on the lees, no barrel, all tank. Soft, citrusy, stone fruit, mineral. Both dense and lifted.
