2008 What a special vintage this is...... (or is that because our daughther was born...)
Nice lemon pie nose. Subtle pearly mousse. Typical toast nose. Enough bitters and acids.
Looking forward to the pairing with pumpkin risotto.....!

Great nose of pears and punchy cheese. Granny Smith apples with a time delayed brown butter finish. Nice pungency, balanced and modest. Good deal at $50 ish.

Lovely combination of flavours. Not too sharp. Very nice and on the lighter side, the marketing calls this springlike and lively.
