14’ Maybach Eterium Chardonnay. Decant this for 30/60 minutes . Medium + body. Pineapple, pear, peach, oily. Zest acidity & Nice creaminess to it. Finishing with mineral nots. Drinking after 2018. Will improve with a bit more time in the bottle.
Similar to the 14 Rivers - Marie B- Thierot . Both also need a few years in the bottle after release. IMO

Just getting around to posting some of the Thanksgiving wines. Love this Chardonnay. Really opened up after about an hour or so. Restrained oak, minerality, some butter. Smooth and full-bodied without being heavy.

14'Maybach Eterium Chardonnay. It's a baby. Give it a good year. It needs a nice decanting. TRB is just hitting home runs!

So much going on. Lovely minerality and acidity with generous stone fruit and lime peel. I want more of this allocated.

Really great. Citrus and acid only subtle butter notes - much more French than Cali.

Not bad, but would choose Bevan & Morlet in this price range, pinot next,
Holding the Materium for awhile,
