Hungarian Furmint made by Huet owners and it shows. Starts off appley & sour patch, but morphs into high toned honeycomb, iodine, & endive. Imagine it would still evolve in glass if we had given more air. Like a baby Huet at 21$ on sale. Yowza.

Interesting. Drinks like a honey forward Riesling without the sweetness. Great with a cheese plate.
