Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

2014 vintage. Very nice entry level from ken Wright. Not as deep as the single vineyards but also not as much $$$

Elegant and refined. Black cherry, underbrush? Quixotic, fast-developing nose. Floral. Light cola, light tobacco. Exceptional balance.

Located in rural Carlton, Oregon, KWC is devoted to showcasie the inherent quality of selected vineyard sites. A blend of Ken Wright Cellars' traditional vineyards, not as complex as the vineyard designates, but enjoyable none the less, Ruby with berry fruits and spice. On the palate raspberry and ripe cherry with complex spice, well balanced with smooth tannins. Nice length on the finish ending with slight earthy character.

Tart cherry and cranberry, fresh ripe red fruits. Medium-lught tannins with subtle hints of spice. This is a bright and vibrant Pinot Noir. Very tasty!

Mia moglie sarebbe duro per questo pinot noir da Willtmett. Le piace la bicchiere seconda piu dopo e’ aperto. Ma dice che non vale la pena di trenta dollari. Era meglio di bere il giorno prossimo.

Cherries, cherry liqueur, slight wood note. Lovely balance but wanting structure.
