Garnet/brick. Translucent. Changed so much throughout the tasting. Showed bight carbonic fruit, followed by spicy green pepper and finally a hint of smoked meat.

A bit tight on night one, lovely acid and balanced sweet cherries and some sort of herbs (not quite lavender) on night 2, and more of the same on night 3. Definitely a 2012 (ripe cherries for days), but restrained and so well balanced. Hanging on to the rest for another 2-4 to let everything soften and integrate more.
