Mar 13th, 2022Classic cab. Drank over multiple nights with Coravin. Best tastes were after significant time to open in the glass, at least 90+ minutes

Feb 19th, 2022First notes have cherries followed by darker fruit -blackberries, fig, and then coffee. Next are mild tannins and a bright finish. A go to wine that’s consistently excellent.

Feb 12th, 2022This is a beautiful, elegant Cab. But it’s not my kind of Cab. Lovely bouquet of black cherry, cherry pie, raspberry, & subtle tar. Soft tannic structure. Almost flaccid. Notes of raspberry & cherry, but they’re just hints. Nothing robust here. Lightly sweaters finish. I question if this would stand up to a steak.
