Pinot from Sauv Blanc country. Lovely fresh raspberry and cherry aromas backed by calcareous earth and hints of violets. Not super complex, but good finish and I love the delicate profile that's become rarer to find among Pinots.

A pretty surprising Pinot from Sancerre. Leather, Earthy, Tart Cherry, and an herbal note. Very tasty and went well with our Roquefort Ribeyes! Try the Roquefort at the Wheyfarer!

PN Red Sancerre. Sour red fruits, cherry. Mineral and slightly smoked notes. Light body. To drink a little refreshed. Needs 30 min to open.

Fruits rouges acidulés, cerise. Notes minérales et légèrement fumées. Corps léger. A boire un peu rafraîchi. Ouvrir 30 min avant dégustation.
