Still quite pale (so2 levels?) Aromas of pine tar, camomile, fennel pollen. On the palate a bitter herb/citrus pith note comes forward as well as a nutty/oxidative character. Maybe this will bloom w air?

Zelig of whites
Apr 9th, 2018Dont drink the last two bottles, note to self! Another zelig of whites, so much development to go but is drinking prettily now. Still young w much snappy apple-ness, encased in a yeasty & mineral pearl. Had w mussels in saki & parsley, & simply sauteed trout. Yum

Tasted blind by friend who guessed Pinot Blanc, Reisling, everything but Vouvray.
